Shipping Policy
Shipping on original paintings will be shipped within 3-5 days. If I can not ship within that time I will contact you asap to let you know why and when to expect shipment to happen.
Shipping on supplies will be based on supplies purchase as some chemicals have greater charges at the post office. I usually try to send "if it fits" boxes to keep cost down.
Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds/exchanges on original paintings. Be aware that colors are different on different monitors. I try to take the best photo possible to help with your selection.
Exchanges on defective supplies only. No refunds unless I am not able to get you a replacement item.
Classes:
No refunds for classes missed without prior notice to the class.
If cancellation is given within 48 hours of class - 50% credit will be given to a future class that meets your schedule.
If cancellation is more then 48 hours prior to class full refund will be given.
